A former fatty feasts on filling foods and finds fitness fun

Obsessed with food but want to fit into your skinny jeans? You’ve come to the right place. Like most of my friends and family, I have a bit of an obsession with food; however, I’ve also seen firsthand the results of not reining it in a bit. After shedding nearly 40 pounds with the help of Weight Watchers three years ago, in my typical fashion, I went all in: today I live and breathe all things fitness. But the fatty in me will never die—and frankly, I’d really miss her if she did. I hope you’ll come along for the ride as I try to maintain the balance—and even share a tip or two of your own along the way!
