1. 2 fried eggs on 2 slices of Weight Watchers toast with 1 tablespoon of Light Smart Balance with grapes, nectarines, or plums (7 PointsPlus®). Note: Weight Watchers bread is the lowest points bread I’ve found at 1 point per slice.
2. Egg salad sandwich made with 3 eggs, 1 serving low fat mayo, and Weight Watchers bread with grapes, nectarines, or plums (9 PointsPlus®.)
3. 2 fat free hotdogs with light rolls and salad with 1 tablespoon light vinaigrette (9 PointsPlus®.)
